THIS AMAZING HOUSE IN BALI BLENDS CONCRETE, EXPANSIVE WINDOWS, AND LUSH TROPICAL PLANTS TO MESH THE INSIDE WITH THE OUTSIDE.
It has a mid-century feel, which is no surprise since it was inspired by the Kappe residence, designed in lived in by modernist architect Ray Kappe.
Stated in an article written by Dezeen, the home "comprises a music studio, two bathrooms, and one outdoor shower, alongside three bedrooms that are connected by a bridge over the living room."
"Characterized by exposed concrete teamed with wooden detailing, the interior of the house is intended to act as a blank canvas for a mix of texture, colorful objects, and furniture that fill the space - informed by the work of Clyfford Still, Ellsworth Kelly, and also the Bauhaus movement."
