While searching for Alice Waters cookbooks to request from my local library, this children's book came up in the results - Alice Waters Cooks Up A Food Revolution, written by Diane Stanley and illustrated by Jessie Hartland.
Seriously, how adorable are these illustrations!
The story is interesting too! Even as a forty-five year old woman, I enjoyed reading a condensed version of Alice's life and eventual creation of Chez Panisse and The Edible Schoolyard. I keep returning back to the book to drool over the pictures, though ;)
